Reference project Villetta Brissago

The beautiful villetta is located on the south-eastern slope of Brissago. An ideally sunny ‘energy railing’ with PVT Solar hybrid collectors was installed on the steeply sloping terrain at the edge of the property. A condensation ice storage tank+++ S300 was retrofitted at the end of 2024. The ice storage tank functions as a hydraulic separator for the source management of the heat pump and also integrates 5 energy piles in the ground. The entire system reliably supplies the energy for heating, cooling, hot water and swimming pool heating.

The 10 hybrid modules have an installed total output of 7.5 kWp thermal and 2.5 kWp electrical.

Even at night, the effective thermal output of 4 kW was measured at (DeltaTu - 12°). In this way, the hybrid modules can be used around the clock as a direct heat source for the heat pump.
